GGG Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire 3D Printer Manufacturer

Graphene 3D Lab Inc. is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire Boots Industries Inc., (“Boots Industries”), a Canadian 3D printer maker. The LOI highlights comprise Graphene 3D’s intent to buy all Boots Industries assets also to hire the team of Boots Industries in an all share transaction limited at $500,000 CA. Graphene 3D and Boots Industries’ team plan to produce a proprietary 3D printer together with the capability of print practical and electronic apparatus and optimized to optimize functionality of Graphene 3D functional printing materials.

Founded in Quebec City in 2012, Boots Industries is a key player in the 3D printing marketplace that is Canadian. Boots Industries has since made further inventions with its latest version, the BI V2.5.

Daniel Stolyarov, CEO of Graphene 3D remarked, “The goal of Graphene 3D will be to introduce a 3D printing ecosystem, including a 3D printer and practical materials, capable of printing usable and electronic devices.” He continued, “The team at Boots Industries have been successful to date in the development and sale of high-quality 3D printers, and we have the utmost trust in their team’s abilities to develop a multi-material printer optimized for Graphene 3D materials.”
